Vendor Information
The Dandridge Scottish & Celtic Music Festival is a themed event based on the settlement of the Town of Dandridge by Scots-Irish settlers by the year 1783. All entertainment, activities and vendors products are to be based on the Scots-Irish heritage. The festival is to be held on Main Street between the corner of Gay Street and the Douglas Lake dike. Only a few booth spaces are available and will be allotted first to those vendors with distinctly Scottish or Celtic products.
Festival date & times of operation: Saturday 25 September 2010; 9am – 5:00pm. The Ceilidh will start at 6:30pm and vendors might be wise to stay open till then. However, while vendors may breakdown after 5:00pm, due to the limited confines of Main Street, we cannot permit vehicles to re-enter the area until after the Ceilidh starts.
Set-up times: Friday, 6pm – 9pm; Saturday, 7:30am. Vehicles must be removed from Main Street by 9:00am, however, in consideration of others, and understanding that Main Street is quite narrow, we ask that you unload your vehicle and remove it as quickly as possible.
Certificate of Liability Insurance is required and must be submitted with the application.
Tents are recommended. Tents must be free-standing and cannot be staked into the ground. Please weight your tents to withstand winds.
Vendor will need to provide their own tents, tables and chairs.
Photos may be submitted for promotional use on the festival website. Please email jpg photos.
