   We understand that E. Main Street in Dandridge (two blocks) will be blocked off from 8:30 a.m. until the concert is over at 9:00 p.m. and that vehicles cannot be inside the area during this time.  Clan/Society displays may be set up on Friday, 6:00pm - 9:00pm or Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 a.m., with vehicles removed before 8:30 a.m.  Tents and/or displays may be broken down after the close of the street festival at 6:00 p.m. but to remove displays before 9:00 p.m., it will have to be hand carried or carted outside the blockade.
